• Oversee LSS projects in the Americas with full accountability.
• Plan, delegate and manage tasks, issues, priorities and interdependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, clients and consultants.
• Define project roles and responsibilities and ensure team clarity.
• Lead project planning activities and change control for approved plans.
• Monitor progress, forecast costs and report status; manage risk and quality.
