Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead STARR development programs, spanning Weather, Radar, and navigation systems. You will own end-to-end program execution across locations, driving scope, schedule, cost, and quality while applying IPDS phase gates.

You will report to the Sr. Director PMO and operate on a hybrid schedule from Minnesota, with responsibilities across multiple functional streams and centers of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in program or project management.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program management function and activities.
• Develop and implement program management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with PM standards and guidelines.
• Manage program performance metrics and reporting.
• Generate, implement program plans and business requirements within approved budget and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Customer Business Teams to support application programs for performance, schedule, and cost.
• Employ PM tools and processes including SOW, WBS, BOE management, and IMS.
• Adhere to IPDS processes and Phase Gate rigor.
• Establish and own a MOS programmatic system.
• Execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality with PM skills in EV, financials, risk, and reporting.
• Partner with product management, engineering, certification, and other teams to deliver on requirements.
• Facilitate forecasting and capacity analysis for delivery requirements.
• Establish communications channels for timely progress updates.
• Present program details to leadership and stakeholders.
