Job Description SUMMARY

We are hiring a senior program/project manager for Ares Infrastructure and Platforms group. You will be managing IT projects across a complex multi national enterprise. We are looking for people who know both Agile and waterfall well, someone who can be a scrum master or whip out a Gannt chart.. Demonstrable experience managing cloud, IT and software engineering projects using Agile is a requirement, and the optimal candidate will have experience as a scrum master.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project/Program management across 100 person internal org
• Ability to act as a Scrum master in an Agile program

QUALIFICATIONS

• Financial services experience 10 years+ of large scale project and program management.
• Experience in Agile, with specific experience as a scrum master.
• Ability to manage large technical programs that need to be rolled out to thousands of employees.
• Active working knowledge of Jira & MS Project (Optional)
• The more technical you are the better.
• Previous technical experience a bonus.

Reporting Relationships Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

$175,000 - $225,000
