Job Description Ares Digital Infrastructure (“ADI”) is part of Ares's Real Assets platform, created to invest in high-quality digital infrastructure assets to support the growth of the ever-expanding global demand for data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. Ares Digital Infrastructure has built a large portfolio of data center assets globally, recently completing its inaugural US$2.4 billion data center development fund in Japan. ADI is supported by Ada Infrastructure, its wholly-owned global data center operating platform. Ada Infrastructure provides development, leasing, asset management, facilities management, security, and other customer services to ADI’s data center asset portfolio.

The team is seeking a Senior Associate in New York who will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and executing investment opportunities. This is an opportunity for a strong performer who has experience with financial analysis and research through other experience.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role. $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
