Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Anthem Next Generation Avionics program. You will guide complex programs, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and drive performance across software development and maturation lifecycle.

You will report to the Anthem Program Director and operate on a Hybrid schedule from the Honeywell Aerospace Technologies location. Responsibilities include strategic direction, risk management, cross-functional leadership, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of program management ethics and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee the execution of complex program.
• Develop and implement software metrics reviews and load improvement actions.
• Ensure the seamless transition of software maturity from development to formalization.
• Manage and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success.
• Provide guidance to engineering execution teams driving alignment with software quality.
