ADC Management Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-visibility transportation and highway research projects.

You will coordinate with Government Contracting Officers, CORs, Task Managers, and Researchers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of reports, videos, and other communications products. The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing/communications or related technical fields.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams and supervising complex marketing/communications projects.
• Experience coordinating with government contracting officers, technical representatives, and researchers.
• Transportation/highway project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex, high-visibility projects within a busy research communications office.
• Plan strategically, allocate resources, and manage risks to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure staff use project tracking systems so customers can see status of projects.
