You will act as an extension of the Enterprise PMO, delivering governance, integrated planning, RAID management, and executive communications across multiple initiatives. Qualifications

10+ years of Program Management or PMO experience.
Experience managing Healthcare or Pharmacy transformation programs.
Experience supporting executive leadership and steering committees.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.
Strong healthcare payer and PBM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide program governance and integrated planning across initiatives.
Maintain RAID logs and monitor risks/dependencies.
Prepare executive updates and manage Steering Committee communications.
Oversee workstreams and delivery execution to achieve strategic outcomes.
Facilitate issue resolution and escalation as needed.
