Responsibilities

• Promotes learning by providing resources and building cross-functional relationships across teams.
• Monitors program risks and develops mitigation plans; escalates as needed.
• Manages program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources across departments and regions.
• Leads program teams and coordinates internal/external resources to achieve goals.
• Ensures adherence to policies and monitors vendor performance and SLAs.
