Job summary

C2 ALASKA, LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a Program Manager - Subject Matter Expert RF to advise AFRL leadership on hard targets OCO technical requirements and funding priorities. You will lead agile roadmaps, orchestrate reviews, and coordinate cross-functional teams to rapidly develop and deploy cyber capabilities for defense missions.

The role requires extensive DoD program management experience, top secret clearance with SCI, and the ability to engage senior government leadership immediately

Qualifications

Experience in senior program management within defense or DoD acquisition.
Active top secret clearance with SCI is required or in scope.
Knowledge of hard targets offensive cyber operations preferred.
Strong analytical, briefing, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide SME-level guidance to senior government leadership on cyber operations.
Manage complex DoD acquisition activities and program lifecycles.
Lead strategic planning, scheduling, and agile capability roadmaps.
Coordinate reviews, analyses, and program documentation.
