Job summary

CLEAResult seeks a Senior Program Manager to stand up and lead a new energy efficiency program across Mississippi. You will oversee design, launch, cost control, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination with state agencies and utilities.

This is a high-visibility, mission-driven role with significant growth potential. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in program management, 5+ years managerial experience, and a solid background in federal/state grants.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale programs; preferably residential, income-eligible, or grant-funded programs.
• Experience working with federal and/or state grants — understanding grant compliance, reporting requirements, and funding agency relationships is highly valued.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency and electrification provisions is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and ongoing management of a new, large-scale Energy Efficiency Program in Mississippi.
• Oversee program design, launch, cost management, and KPI achievement.
• Manage contract and grant compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison with state agencies and utilities.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and stakeholder engagement across the state.
