Job summary

SOSi is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple government task orders with a Secret clearance. You will coordinate across Engineering, Force Support, Construction, Services and Commodities, ensuring on-time delivery, compliant execution, and strong stakeholder relations.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, familiarity with government funding and acquisitions, and the ability to manage dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• 5+ years of program management experience in the last 7 years
• Experience with government appropriations and acquisitions
• Experience managing multiple task orders >$2M across dispersed locations
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for multiple government task orders
• Interface with government customers and SOSi leadership
• Lead program execution across Engineering, Force Support, Construction, Services and Commodities
• Apply government funding and acquisition knowledge to support execution
• Oversee financial performance, staffing, schedules, deliverables and commitments
• Develop and execute program plans, metrics, risk-management strategies and corrective actions
• Coordinate distributed teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Maintain relationships with government stakeholders and customers
• Deliver program status updates and senior leadership briefings
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, security and quality requirements
• Support contracts, proposals and business development as needed
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and mission success
