Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead government contracts and complex high-technology programs. You will interface with customers, drive milestones, and manage cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle from contract to installation and commissioning.

Ideal candidates will have a PMP, extensive government program experience (12+ years), and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance. Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a technical field is highly desired.
• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of government program management experience.
• Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret, Top Secret, or Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer point of contact for execution of assigned contracts and projects.
• Drive day-to-day team activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables comply with contractual requirements and regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams from Sales to Engineering to Manufacturing and Installation.
• Manage project risks, schedule, and budget, and provide status reports.
