CATHEXIS seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a substantial portion of our government contracts portfolio, focusing on the US Census Bureau. This leadership role requires strategic planning, portfolio oversight, budget management, risk mitigation, and ensuring performance.

You will mentor teams, drive business development with partners, coordinate with Growth and Leadership teams, and ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements. Competitive compensation in the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of personnel management experience.
• 8+ years of experience within the federal government contracting industry.
• Experience with Census required; Decennial experience preferred.
• Proven track record of portfolio, program management, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a significant portion of the project portfolio and budget.
• Lead risk mitigation and ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Growth and Leadership teams to identify opportunities.
• Direct leadership of large project teams and mentoring.
• Coordinate proposals, bids, and presentations for government contracts.
