CATHEXIS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a substantial portion of the US Census Bureau project portfolio. This role drives strategic and operational plans, aligning with the company’s vision, and ensures accountability across performance metrics and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will manage budgets, risk, and quality for multiple government contracts, while mentoring teams and expanding our government contracting footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of personnel management experience.
• 8+ years in federal government contracting industry.
• Experience with Census required; Decennial preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of projects, ensuring performance against milestones and budget.
• Lead strategic initiatives to expand government contracting presence.
• Foster business development through direct customer and partner engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain financial performance targets.
• Mentor and develop leadership within the department.
• Coordinate with Growth and Leadership teams to secure new opportunities.
• Collaborate on proposals, bids, and presentations for government contracts.
• Implement risk management practices to minimize project risk and ensure continuity.
