Job summary

Rapiscan Systems, a division of OSI Systems, Inc., is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead government contracts for high-technology equipment and services. You will coordinate a matrixed team across Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing, ensure contractual compliance, and drive program milestones from inception through installation.

The role requires PMP certification, 7+ years of government program management experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret/Top Secret/SCI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
PMP certification is required.
Minimum 7 years of government program mgmt experience leading high-tech contracts.
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret/Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Experience with TSA, DHS or DOD programs is a plus.
Knowledge of airport security and x-ray baggage scanners is a plus.
Experience leading cross-functional matrixed teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in acquisition processes, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary customer point of contact for contracts and projects.
Drive day-to-day team activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
Ensure deliverables comply with contractual requirements and regulations.
Manage programs from Sales to Engineering, through Manufacturing and Installation.
Lead and coordinate program development with defined schedules and budgets.
Develop work breakdown structures, delivery plans, and risk management.
Maintain project files and report on status, issues, and actions.
Provide leadership to a dispersed program support team and coordinate with stakeholders.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure on-time completion.
