Amentum is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead efforts supporting CONUS and OCONUS projects in secure design, construction, and engineering support. You will oversee deployment and management of contractor personnel, ensuring success across scope, cost, and performance with a focus on high-security environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 12+ years of leadership experience managing large‑scale programs valued at $25M+.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management efforts across multiple tasks, requirements, and contracts; manage scope, cost, performance, quality, schedule, and risk.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and documentation of requirements for secure design and construction projects.
• Maintain financial accountability: budgets, revenues, costs, profits; report to senior leadership and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Monitor customer requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery that meets expectations.
• Oversee staffing, recruit cleared personnel, and ensure continuity during changes; align staffing with task orders.
• Communicate with stakeholders as the primary customer contact; ensure transparency and proactive updates.
• Oversee environmental, health and safety functions and ensure compliance; drive continuous improvement.

Education
