Amazon's Global Procurement Organization (GPO) seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to drive strategic initiatives across procurement operations. This role leads scalable projects and builds organizational capabilities at scale, requiring deep supply chain expertise and strong analytical skills.

The Senior SCM will influence stakeholders across all levels, drive operational excellence, and architect scalable solutions within procurement operations to advance GPO's mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives across GPO operations at country, regional, and cross‑regional levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business transformations from initiation through implementation.
• Create mechanisms and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze data using advanced Excel, SQL, and database tools to identify trends and risks.
• Influence organizational goals by working across multiple stakeholder teams and leaders.
• Lead process improvements by proposing network-wide solutions that drive operational excellence.
