Job summary

Galderma seeks an experienced regulatory affairs leader to drive US policy and advocacy, shaping the regulatory environment for our dermatology portfolio. You will influence FDA interactions, lead strategy, and coordinate with global teams to align US plans with worldwide development goals.

The role requires 15+ years in regulatory affairs across the medicine lifecycle, with a strong track record in US policy and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of regulatory affairs experience across the full medicines lifecycle.
• Proven track record in US policy and advocacy.
• Experience engaging with US agencies and trade associations.
• Dermatology/aesthetics regulatory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation of new US legislation, guidelines and policies for the Galderma portfolio.
• Collaborate to develop and execute regulatory policy strategies in the US.
• Lead US FDA strategy and engagement with Health Authorities.
• Partner with global teams to align US regulatory strategy with global development.
• Mentor Regulatory Affairs team and ensure compliance with FDA requirements.
