Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Specialist Program Manager in Cincinnati, OH with profit and loss responsibility to lead a matrix team of engineers and operations staff on DoD weapon safety device development or production contracts.

The role emphasizes 80% on development/manufacturing, 10% on proposals, and 10% on personal and organizational growth. The position offers an alternative 4 day / 10-hour work week in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) with 6+ years of PM or related experience.
• 6+ years supporting business growth, proposals, customer presentations, and related initiatives.
• 6+ years of program/project management in DoD weapons or safety-critical product development contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead program team and oversee cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule and project plans.
• Supervise execution of project plans in a matrix environment across Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations/Manufacturing.
• Manage risk and opportunities; act as customer liaison for contractual commitments.
• Develop proposals, estimates at complete (EACs) and input to the Annual Operating Plan.
