Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree acceptable.
• Minimum 6 years of experience contributing to business growth and customer-facing proposals.
• 6+ years in program/project management on DoD weapons or safety-critical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Team and manage cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule and project plans.
• Supervise execution of project plans in a matrix environment with engineering and operations.
• Develop risk/opportunity plans and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Act as customer point of contact for contractual commitments and performance.
• Establish strategy and direction for program execution and resource allocation.
• Track performance against schedule; propose solutions and alternative approaches.
• Organize Project Status Review meetings and cost analyses for stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, EAC estimates, and annual operating plan input.
