Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering designs and develop methods, tools, and fixtures to fabricate the product.
• Lead set-up and validation of new production lines.
• Improve efficiency, first pass yield and scrap rates through process changes.
• Prepare capital equipment requests and manage capital projects.
• Interface with vendors and train production personnel.
