Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (Level 3) to lead a high-visibility government program from Fort Meade, Maryland. You will oversee cost, schedule, performance, and team coordination, interfacing with the CO, COR, Government PM, and senior leadership to ensure mission success.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Full-time, day shift, with a salary range of $213,000–$225,000 per year and education/experience-based

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years' experience as a program or project manager on programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, and reporting.
• At least three (3) years of earned value management experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
• Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and multi-vendor environments.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 certification in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, budgets) on the contract.
• Review and approve earned value, ETC, funds, and man-hour reports.
• Review and allocate management reserve within contract limits.
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet Government needs.
• Coordinate with higher-level program manager for effective management.
• Review and propose Integrated Program Baseline to Government.
• Review risk and mitigation activities and budgets.
• Prepare program status reviews for Government PM.

PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 certification in Program Management
