Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, Level 3, to serve as strategic and operational lead for a high-visibility government program at Fort Meade. You will interface with the CO, COR, Government PM, and senior leadership to guide teams and ensure contract objectives are met.

This full-time role requires extensive experience in program management, cost/schedule/performance oversight, and governance of multi-vendor efforts.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years' experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
• At least three (3) years of experience with Earned Value Management and funds/resources control.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
• Experience managing multi-task contracts and multi-vendor environments; leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract
• Review and approve earned value, ETC, funds and man-hour reports
• Review and allocate management reserve within contractual limits
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet Government needs
• Coordinate with Government PM and senior leadership for execution
• Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews
