You will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring timely, compliant delivery. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project/program management within regulated life sciences, with proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in project/program management within regulated life sciences.
• Experience with Design Controls, GMP, Quality Systems, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and governance.
• Mentor Associate PMs and PMs in planning, risk management, and PMO practices.
