Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM, F-16 division at WPAFB, OH. The role focuses on risk, cost, schedule, and performance across software development efforts and warfighter requirements.

You will interact with Government and Contractor leadership, conduct major program reviews, and guide integration of avionics, weapons, and OFP software. Strong DoD experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret/SSBI or equivalent
• Master's or Doctoral degree or Bachelor's with extensive DoD experience
• Experience in fighter/aerospace programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk management, cost, schedule, and performance of various OFP/software development efforts for USAF programs.
• Coordinate with Government and Contractor organizations at senior levels for reviews and milestone events.
• Support warfighter requirements analysis and trade studies with ACC leadership.
• Develop concise program status briefings for senior staff and participate in TIMs and PMRs.
• Assist with strategic planning, system integration, and acquisitions across multiple F-16 integration activities.
• Support test, verification, and validation activities for OFP software and hardware integration.
• Coordinate and communicate requirements with foreign governments where applicable.
• Contribute to development and sustainment of avionics, weapons, and sensor integration programs.
