Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager II to lead the production and delivery of electronic products from design through manufacturing to customer delivery. You will drive schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budget and quality metrics, and serve as the primary liaison with customers.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years in EMS or related sectors, with deep knowledge of electronics, PCB assembly, SMT, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years in electronics manufacturing services or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of electronics design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope and requirements aligned with customer specs, timelines and quality.
• Develop and manage timelines; lead New Product Introduction milestones.
• Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ validations and monitor key program metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; act as primary customer liaison.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L variances; control costs.
• Ensure certifications (UL, CE, RoHS, ISO) and high quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across production.
• Prepare documentation and manage changes to requirements and designs.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
