Parsons is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Systems Program Manager to lead the ESS VIII MATOC portfolio in Huntsville, Alabama. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive performance, and ensure disciplined execution across task orders, budgets, and schedules.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk and contract management, and the ability to translate customer commitments into reliable results while developing program-management talent within the Federal Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of program management experience in electronic security or related field.
• Experience leading multiple projects, task orders, contracts, or programs.
• Strong customer relationships and business development exposure.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and oversight for the ESS MATOC and active task orders.
• Establish processes for task-order planning, execution, reporting, risk and change management.
• Lead and develop project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, safety, and customer commitments.
