Job summary

Astrion seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the F-15 contract efforts at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. SECRET or Top Secret clearance and full-time status are required, with 10-25% travel. You will develop and review program documents, coordinate with government teams, and manage milestones from SRR to PRR, ensuring alignment with DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Adapt to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities and unpredictable events.
• Expert-level knowledge in their field with DoD context.
• Ability to supervise junior and journeyman staff and present data to large audiences.
• Advanced discipline knowledge with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review program documents (MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, SOWs, RFPs, ORD, ICD, CDD, CPD, etc.).
• Review proposals; coordinate inputs across functional resources and plan milestones.
• Support acquisition events and milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
• Produce analyses and documents for program office needs and strategies.
• Provide milestone documentation and ensure consistency with program strategy.
• Coordinate with DoD/government agencies; draft staff summary packages.
• Support contract strategies, WBS, and program risk assessment.
• Participate in integrated program reviews and conferences; manage action items.
• Provide FMS expertise for DoD programs within F-15 Division as needed.
