Oasys seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of CDAO Support Services for the Air National Guard. You will serve as the contractor's authorized representative for daily operations and the primary interface with the COR and Government Program Manager, ensuring program execution, workforce continuity, and secure, high-quality data and AI services.

This role requires DoD/ANG cybersecurity familiarity, risk management, and the ability to coordinate data pipelines, BI products,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program or Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience managing complex technology programs.
• At least five (5) years leading federal or DoD contracts, programs, or task orders.
• Experience managing subcontractors, staffing continuity, quality assurance, risks, schedules, deliverables, and senior Government stakeholder relationships.

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management for contract performance.
• Serve as the primary interface with the COR and Government Program Manager; communicate clearly.
• Ensure all work stays within the contract scope and elevate out-of-scope requests.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program management approach (schedule, staffing, risks, quality, security).
• Lead workforce planning and resource allocation to maintain a qualified team.
• Manage delivery across data pipelines, data warehouses/lakes, BI products, Power Platform apps, AI, and training.
• Establish and enforce the Quality Control Plan; monitor performance against standards and deliverables.
• Track all contract deliverables, reviews, approvals, and due dates; manage reporting.
