Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group supports a high-priority Air Force acquisition mission at Lackland AFB, seeking a Senior Program Manager in San Antonio, TX. You will lead program management efforts, coordinating with AFLCMC/HNC and defense partners to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

The role requires 10+ years in DoD, a Top Secret clearance, and a BS or MS degree. Travel may be required; onsite work at Lackland AFB is expected.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Years of experience: 10+ years, five of which in the DoD.
• Location: Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.
• Travel may be required per the customer's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive knowledge of systems acquisition and program management per DoDI 5000.02 and AFI 63-101/20-101.
• Analyze and measure acquisition program effectiveness and productivity.
• Support program reviews, briefings, and acquisition task schedules for senior management.
• Develop acquisition reports including DAES and MAR.
• Communicate orally and in writing to provide quality program documentation.
