Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Program Manager at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA to support the C3BM division. You will manage acquisition programs, coordinate IPTs, and ensure compliance with DoD guidelines to deliver mission-critical C2 capabilities.

The role requires US citizenship, Top-Secret clearance eligibility, and a strong background in DoD program management. Expect a fast-paced environment with frequent coordination across government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required due to customer sensitivity.
• Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• High School Diploma plus 16 years of experience; a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• DoD experience or related DoD programs strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition and program management support across the lifecycle.
• Plan, analyze, and assess cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Support development of Acquisition Strategies, APBs, LCSPs and risk plans.
• Prepare and review DAES, MARs, SARs, and other reports.
• Lead briefings and documentation for senior leadership.
• Coordinate source selection activities and contractor management.
