Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Civil Engineers with expert guidance on military infrastructure projects, FSRM programs, asset management and governance. You will coordinate meetings, develop analyses, deliver recommendations, and prepare materials for leadership and stakeholders, communicating updates through meetings and documented analyses.

A minimum of 15 years as an Air Force Civil Engineer Officer and strong DoD policy experience are required to lead

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years as an Air Force Civil Engineer Officer or equivalent experience in large-scale government programs.
Ability to analyze DoD policies and organizational processes to develop improvements.
Senior-level government program management experience overseeing multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and oversight for military infrastructure projects, Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) programs, asset management, and governance.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver analyses and recommendations; create meeting materials for leadership and stakeholders.
Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and preparing supporting materials.
