• Air Force Civil Engineer Officer with a minimum of 15 years of experience supporting large-scale government programs.
• Ability to analyze legislative direction, DoD policies, and organizational processes, and to develop practical improvements and solutions.
• Extensive experience in senior-level government program management, including oversight of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer mission areas and operational priorities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-organizational collaboration, align stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.
