Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the F-15 contract at Robins AFB, GA. This leadership role requires deep program management expertise, DoD acquisition knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across a wide range of milestones and reviews within the Air Force Division.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with DoD/AF regulations, OSS/MOA documentation, and the ability to present complex data to large audiences while overseeing junior staff.

Qualifications

15 years of directly related experience with proper DoD certifications; eight years in the DoD.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12 years of experience; five in the DoD.
Master's or Doctorate in a related field with at least 10 years of experience; five in the DoD.
Understand and apply DoD/AF acquisition regulations and processes.

Responsibilities

Assist with development of MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, PWS, SOWs, RFPs, ORD, ICD, CDD, CPD, and related milestone documents.
Review proposals and coordinate documentation across functional resources; plan milestones.
Support acquisition events and reviews: SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, TCM, FCA, PCA, PRR.
