Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Dominance Division, at Eglin AFB, FL. This onsite role requires leadership across the full acquisition life cycle for air armament and munitions programs, with a focus on data-driven decision making and program optimization.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• BS with 25+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 15+ years.
• PMP (Preferred).
• DAWIA Level II or III in Program Management (Preferred).
• Experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle and AFLCMC or equivalent.
• Experience with armament systems and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
• Familiarity with JCIDS processes (ICD, CDD, CPD).
• Knowledge of EVM, risk management and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition program management support across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (MSA through OPS).
• Advise Government Program Managers on program execution, acquisition strategy, and risk management.
• Develop, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation such as AS, SEP, TEMP, LCSP, SOW, SOO, and CDRLs.
• Monitor and evaluate program cost, schedule, and performance using metrics and EVM.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain risk registers.
• Lead or support IPTs, milestone reviews, and technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Support source selection activities, including proposal evaluation and contract modifications.
• Coordinate across engineering, logistics, test, and financial stakeholders for integrated execution.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and status reports to senior leadership.
• Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and international armaments cooperation as applicable.
• Must have an active Top Secret security clearance.
