Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply-demand balancing and S&OP alignment across product lines, optimizing product availability and inventory health.
• Partner with contract manufacturers, ODM partners, and manufacturing operations to manage master production schedules and buffer strategies.
• Drive strategic alignment across product management, hardware engineering, sourcing/procurement, sales operations, and logistics.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and scale planning infrastructure, automation, and analytics for portfolio growth.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the planning team, advocating inventory optimization and risk mitigation.
