Cherokee Insights is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the DCSA CI and Insider Threat Directorate contract. You will coordinate program activities, maintain client contact, and oversee day-to-day task order execution on-site at Quantico, VA.

The role requires an active Top Secret/ SCI clearance, US citizenship, and experience managing defense intelligence programs. Strong leadership, reporting, and contractual oversight are essential, with responsibilities spanning staffing,

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Program Manager activities required to meet mission requirements.
• Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the Program Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and disrupt threats to cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA through CI, cyber and enterprise insider threat activities.
• Facilitate U.S. Government responses to adversary action and insider threats by sharing threat indicators and enabling responsive measures.
• Develop cyber capabilities and processes that illuminate threats, enhance awareness, and enable customer response.
• Oversee contract deliverables, schedule, and contractor performance for the specified contract/task order.
• Coordinate with COR meetings and provide status updates on staffing, deliverables, and onboarding/offboarding.
