Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS), a division of EnerSys, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs supporting defense and technology initiatives. You will coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, and business development to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while complying with technical and regulatory requirements.

This role requires ITAR awareness, strong leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical or operational programs in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Experience developing and managing program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Monitor program performance and mitigate risks, issues, and delays.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding status and deliverables.
• Ensure programs meet technical, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate program reviews and executive reporting.
• Support new proposals and manage change requests.
