Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Program Manager to drive AFSG's data programs from the business side. You will partner with ECO, EDO, AFSG Technology and business areas to turn initiatives into clear plans and successful transitions.

You will lead multi-team workstreams, set governance, manage risks, and influence senior stakeholders while delivering measurable business outcomes and enabling users to be productive.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, including leading large multi-team initiatives.
• 4+ years managing people and aligning reports to objectives.
• Experience leading data, analytics or reporting programs and communicating impact to end users.

Responsibilities

• Lead AFSG's broad data programs from the business side.
• Set up plans, governance and cadence for multiple workstreams.
• Influence senior leaders and collaborate with analysts, report developers and engineers.
