Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead multiple data center programs for North America’s critical accounts. You will drive program execution across global teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and quality.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, at least five years of program management, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and experience with SAP, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center programs across a global manufacturing network.
• Serve as the primary contact for strategic customer relationships.
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure success.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure completion.
