Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and critical infrastructure construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, procurement, contractor performance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.

You will oversee MEP systems, lead procurement efforts, interpret engineering drawings, and report progress to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, commissioning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning through closeout.
• Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, cash flow, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate among clients, engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors and QA/QC.
• Oversee MEP systems, construction quality, safety, testing, and commissioning.
• Support procurement including RFPs, bid evaluation, and contracts.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Review drawings, changes, and technical documentation.
• Provide clear reporting and cross-functional leadership.
