Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and critical infrastructure construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover. This role manages scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, procurement, contractor performance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.

The role demands 7+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and deep understanding of MEP and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years managing data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and contractor management.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering documents for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning through turnover.
• Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, cash flow and risk.
• Coordinate among clients, engineering teams, contractors, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
• Oversee MEP, construction quality, safety, testing and commissioning activities.
• Support procurement with RFPs, bid evaluation, and contract admin.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Review drawings, specifications, change orders, and technical docs.
• Provide clear reporting and drive cross-functional collaboration.
