Job summary

Nintendo of America is seeking a seasoned program management professional to lead cross-functional initiatives within the PMCS team. This role partners with senior leadership to drive projects from concept through execution, aligning with business objectives and enterprise priorities.

The candidate will help improve processes, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver meaningful outcomes that support Nintendo's growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience in project management.
• Full understanding of project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead without authority.
• Advanced MS Office and project tools (SmartSheet, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Business or related field.
• PM certification (PMP, CSM, PgMP, CAPM) or equivalent; PMP/CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases and resources for multiple departments with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Handle day-to-day project logistics, scope, and tasks.
• Plan and schedule deliverables, goals, milestones for complex global projects.
• Execute standardized project processes and methodologies.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements.
• Manage change control procedures for project scope.
• Create and maintain project documentation (charters, plans, timelines, logs, budgets).
• Identify process improvements and manage deliverables.
• Drive systematic improvements via PM best practices.
• Provide PM design support and subject matter guidance.
