Job summary

Zero Hash is seeking a Senior Program Manager in New York to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Engineering, Product, and stakeholders. You will own multiple programs, ensure predictable delivery, and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will coordinate planning across workstreams, establish governance, manage dependencies and risks, and collaborate with client delivery efforts to scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in a dedicated program management role leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale programs from initiation through execution.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and risks across teams.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legal, Ops.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, aligning stakeholders across functions.
• Own program governance: frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation, predictable outcomes.
• Drive strategic internal initiatives and support customer implementation programs.
• Work closely with the Implementation Manager for client delivery.
• Provide cross-functional coordination and visibility.
• Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and reporting dashboards.
• Build automated AI reporting and governance frameworks for different stakeholders.
