Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional programs bringing connected HVACR tools from concept to launch. You will coordinate hardware, firmware, software, mobile apps, cloud services, and manufacturing with engineering, product management, quality, operations, marketing, and partners.

This role demands strategic thinking, risk management, and the ability to influence without authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 8+ years leading hardware, firmware, software, and connected product programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Experience with global suppliers, ODMs, or contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development programs from concept through launch.
• Align Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, Marketing and partners around priorities and milestones.
• Identify technical, operational, and supply chain risks early; drive timely resolution.
• Translate strategy into executable project plans and governance.
