• Proven ability to translate complex initiatives into clear workstreams and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run operating rhythm for major campaigns, planning, prioritization, status reporting, and retrospectives.
• Translate fast-changing projects into defined workstreams, owners, timelines, and decisions.
• Serve as strategic thought partner, surfacing risks and tradeoffs early and driving decisions.
• Build alignment across cross-functional partners and drive accountability without formal authority.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve them under compressed timelines.
• Design and improve operating framework with playbooks, crisis protocols, and cross-team models.
