Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Interim Senior Program Manager to lead our after-school enrichment initiatives near Columbus, OH. You will deliver quality programs using our Disguised Learning curriculum while building and coaching a passionate team of educators and staff.

You will partner with school principals and staff to enhance the instructional experience, oversee safety and program paperwork, and engage with local communities through Back to School events and other Right At School

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
• 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 12 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or related.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements including FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, cleared TB.
• Be Able to travel to different locations daily.

Interim Senior Program Manager: $22.00-$27.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

This role requires that a qualified candidate is comfortable working in the areas surrounding Columbus, OH

• Minimum 12 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related

• OCCRRA Career Pathway Level 2 Completion

We give preference to Senior Program Managers who have the following:

• CDA or BA in Early Childhood Education Field
• First Aid/CPR certified
• State trainings completed and valid
