Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex technology or consumer-facing programs.
• Proven ability to operate in complex environments and translate strategy into executable programs.
• Strong experience establishing program structures, governance models, and decision frameworks.
• Proven ability to identify risks, options, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Experience influencing senior executives across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead geographically distributed, cross-functional teams delivering large-scale programs from strategy through execution, launch, and value realization.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear program outcomes, milestones, and success measures.
• Drive end-to-end program outcomes linking business objectives, product strategy, technology, and operations.
• Create structure and clarity in complex environments, ensuring alignment on priorities and ownership.
• Serve as a trusted program voice to executives, providing visibility into health, risks, and decisions.
• Build partnerships across Engineering, Product Management, Design, Quality, Operations, and Business functions to deliver outcomes.
