This role is central to driving cross‑functional execution at scale, bringing together teams across technology, product, business, and operations to deliver meaningful outcomes for players worldwide.

As both a strategist and executor, the Principal Program Manager will shape program direction, create clarity in complex and ambiguous environments, and drive programs from strategy through execution, launch, and value realization. This leader will anticipate challenges, bring forward clear recommendations, and influence decisions across diverse global teams and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead geographically distributed, cross‑functional teams in delivering large‑scale programs from strategy and definition through execution, launch, and ongoing value realization.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear program outcomes, priorities, milestones, success measures, and execution plans.
  • Drive end‑to‑end program outcomes, connecting business objectives, product strategy, technology delivery, and operational readiness.
  • Create structure and clarity in complex or ambiguous environments, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, ownership, and desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted program voice to executives and stakeholders, providing clear visibility into program health, priorities, risks, and decisions.
Strategic Program Management
  • Define and influence program delivery strategies that balance speed, quality, scalability, investment, and risk.
  • Establish effective program structures, governance, operating rhythms, and decision‑making frameworks appropriate to the scale and complexity of the work.
  • Maintain a broad perspective across the program, anticipating emerging risks, dependencies, opportunities, and decisions.
  • Navigate ambiguity with sound judgment, clearly communicating trade‑offs and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Adapt plans as business, technology, and customer needs evolve while maintaining focus on overall program outcomes.
  • Apply and evolve program management best practices to improve predictability, execution, and business impact.
  • Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Product Management, Design, Quality, Operations, Business, and other functions required to deliver program outcomes.
  • Influence effectively across teams and organizational boundaries, including in situations where priorities, perspectives, or incentives differ.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, framing complex issues clearly and bringing forward options and recommendations.
  • Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable communication for senior leaders and executive audiences.
  • Establish transparent, data‑driven reporting that provides a reliable source of truth for program health and decision‑making.
  • Foster shared ownership and accountability across teams, ensuring actions and decisions are driven through to resolution.
Organizational Impact & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, reduce unnecessary overhead, and accelerate cross‑functional execution.
  • Develop and apply scalable approaches, frameworks, and best practices that strengthen program delivery beyond an individual initiative.
  • Use data, insights, and measurable outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decisions.
  • Challenge existing approaches where appropriate and help teams continuously improve how they plan, collaborate, and deliver.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Program Managers and Technical Program Managers supporting the program.
  • Where applicable, provide strategic oversight of a broader program management team.
Leadership & Culture
  • Act with ownership, accountability, urgency, and strong judgment in delivering results.
  • Create an environment where teams can openly surface risks, challenge assumptions, and work through difficult issues constructively.
  • Encourage diverse perspectives and inclusive collaboration across global teams.
  • Balance respect for established systems and practices with a forward‑looking mindset and a willingness to drive meaningful change.
  • Model collaborative leadership and help others operate with greater clarity, confidence, and ownership.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience leading large‑scale, complex technology or consumer‑facing programs across multiple functions and organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated success leading programs across one or more areas such as software, hardware, platforms, services, infrastructure, digital experiences, or business capabilities.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments and translate strategic objectives into executable programs.
  • Strong experience establishing program structures, governance models, operating rhythms, and decision‑making frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate risks, options, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and work effectively across multiple organizational levels without relying on direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and focus audiences on the decisions and outcomes that matter most.
  • Experience using data, metrics, and measurable outcomes to assess program health, guide decisions, and evaluate impact.
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment, with the ability to connect near‑term execution to broader business and organizational objectives.
