Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex technology or consumer-facing programs.
• Proven ability to operate in complex environments and translate strategy into executable programs.
• Strong experience establishing program structures, governance and operating rhythms.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work across organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication to simplify complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead geographically distributed, cross-functional teams from strategy to execution and value realization.
• Define program delivery strategies balancing speed, quality, scalability, investment and risk.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, and decision frameworks for scale and complexity.
• Maintain broad perspective, anticipate risks, dependencies, opportunities, and decisions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other program management professionals and teams.
